No. You bring the person who owns the workflow. We design, build, and integrate the solution, then train your team to run it.
Do you build, or only advise?
We build. The assessment shows what is worth building. Then we build it and hand it over with documentation and training so your team can run it.
How is the assessment priced?
It has a fixed scope, so you get a fixed quote after the first call, once we know which workflow we're looking at.
What if AI isn't the answer?
Then the assessment says so. Sometimes the right fix is a process change or an off-the-shelf tool, and that recommendation costs you less.
How do you handle our data?
Before anything is built, we agree on what data the AI can see and who approves its actions. Access follows least privilege, and we work inside systems you control wherever possible.
